Cancellation Policy:  Written notice received at least 10 weeks prior to launch constitutes a full refund, less $25 per person cancellation fee.  Written notice received between 4 to 10 weeks prior to launch date will constitute a 50% forfeiture of trip price.  Due to our modest pricing structure, limited space and planning needs, we regret no refunds can be given on cancellations received within 4 weeks of your trip.  Our cancellation policy applies in every instance and there will be no exceptions for any reason.  We strongly recommend you purchase cancellation insurance for a modest fee from your travel agent.  This will cover you in the instance of illness or medical emergency.  Note:  We raft rain or shine.  Take this into consideration when booking a trip.  We can assist you in selecting optimal trip dates and proper clothing.  Conditions:  Because the Salmon is an undammed river, water conditions vary during the year.  In the event of extreme high water we reserve the right to determine put-ins and take-outs.  We will make every effort to provide a raft trip rather than reschedule.  Should we be forced to cancel your trip due to extreme high water all fees paid to SRC will be refunded.

Physical Fitness Form:  You may be several hours away from medical help. You will be responsible for costs of medical treatment and/or evacuation should you need it.  If you have a condition such as heart disease, pregnancy, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, bee sting allergies, poison allergies, food allergies, back problems, etc., please explain condition and treatment under Special Needs.  That way we can be better prepared to help you.  If you have any doubts about joining us, or have a serious health condition, please consult with your doctor before joining us.

You and your group will be required to sign a liability release/assumption of risk form prior to your trip.  Your photos might be used in future publications.
